Mr. Cary has over 25 years in banking and finance with a focus on leveraged transactions.
As a senior member of Citicorp's commercial banking group, Mr. Cary financed deals
totaling $1.2 billion for acquisitions, recapitalizations, start-ups, go-privates,
and mutual funds. He sourced and co-led the senior debt financing for the buy-out
of an undisclosed NYSE company. He has worked closely with public company
and private company CFO’s and CEO’s, as well as Private Equity groups. On the venture
side, he has raised $25 million from a state industrial development agency for an
acquisition by a venture-backed biotech firm and has represented management in raising
equity for healthcare companies. Other projects include forming an investment team
that lead the acquisition of two divisions of a NYSE holding company; subsequently
serving as its Managing Partner / CFO, and then CEO, before selling the business.
Currently his duties involve working with our funding partners and structuring CT3M’s
significant funding opportunities for our Vendor Partners and Direct Clients.
