CONSULTING begins with a preliminary conference scheduled at our clients convenience to determine how we can be of assistance. An action plan is then developed for the venture, based on a comprehensive analysis of the needs, ultimate objectives and the scope of the project. Upon approval, we implement the plan with the sensitivity, knowledge and skills essential for a positive and rewarding outcome. During this phase it is paramount that we remain in close contact with our client at every step, keeping them fully informed of our progress. We then introduce the client to our funding source of choice and continue to monitor the relationship.
Our most attractive feature and perhaps the most unusual is: that we charge no retainer fees for our services. Compensation is exclusively related to performance and tied to a success formula. Therefore, from a client’s perspective, this policy means the client is obligated to pay only upon the successful closing of a transaction and only when not taken care of by the Funding Source.
